EVOLVE, in Collaboration with ASEAN Road Safety Week 2023, Marks a Pivotal
Moment in Road Safety<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The culmination of EVOLVE, held in conjunction with ASEAN Road Safety Week 2023,
resounds with a transformative impact on the future of road safety, not only in Malaysia but
across the expansive ASEAN region. Under the theme “Empowering Road Safety through
Electric and Autonomous Vehicles,” this pioneering event was jointly organized by the
Automotive Development Centre (ADC) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and the
Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) under the Ministry of Transport (MOT).
The symposium was proudly officiated by UTM’s Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rosli Bin
Md. Illias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


EVOLVE received invaluable support from its primary sponsor, Cyberview Sdn Bhd, as a co-organiser
of ASEAN Road Safety Week (ARSW) 2023, mobility strategic partner and venue
sponsor for this event. Besides, it also received generous support from its co-sponsors, the
Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) and the Society of
Automotive Engineers Malaysia (SAEM). It effectively convened thought leaders, experts, and
