PAYMENT METHOD
Important Notes:
(1) Registration must be completed, and payment received by August 31st, 2023, to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table above.
(2) Failure to do so will result in your name not being listed as presenter/participants. Your payment proof must be emailed to us (iset@utm.my) before 24th September 2023.
(3) Paid registration fee is not refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made through the following methods:
1) Online Transfer

(ii) Enter Transaction Instruction / Recipient’s Reference:

Reference 2: Name of Presenter (ID:Axxx)

(iii) Confirm payment.
(iv) Download the transaction receipt and email it (PDF file) to iset@utm.my. Provide your abstract number in the email subject. For example: [A00X] – Proof of Payment (invoice).
2) UTM e-Commerce System (MEPS FPX & Credit Card) for Local Participant
Step 1: Go to the e-commerce portal: https://ecommercev2.utm.my/index.php or using QR code provided.
Step 2: Select Make Payment > Key in E-commerce code (e.g., UTM1XXX) into Search (Please be careful on this part. Please select the conference package that you have previously registered with us).
Step 3: Click Add to Cart in the Action.
Step 4: You will see the total amount you need to pay on your right hand side. Click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 5: Fill out your details (Name, IC and Email) and select Payment Type.
Step 6: Complete the payment and download transaction receipt.
Step 7: Please email your proof of payment (PDF format) to iset@utm.my (Note: Kindly provide your abstract number in the email subject. For example: [A00X] – Proof of Payment (E-commerce).

3) Firewire for International Participant
Conference code: ISET 2023
Step 1: Go to the firewire portal https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment
Step 2: Select Country or Region and fill in the amount of payment (refer your registration package).
Step 3: Select preferred payment method (Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Online) > Provide the details of the person whose card/bank account will be used to pay.
Step 4: Provide participant information and conference code (ISET 2023).
Step 5: Review and confirm payment information > Make payment.
Step 7: Download payment receipt.
