Guidelines for Physical and Virtual Oral Presentations<\/h2>\n

Invited Speakers\u2019 Presentation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\n<\/p>

Each invited speaker will be allocated 25 min for presentation, followed by a 5-min Q&A session.<\/p>\n

(a) Physical Presentation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Our conference will have 4 parallel sessions. Kindly refer to the program schedule to find out your designated parallel room.<\/li>\n
    2. Please arrive at the room 15 minutes before your presentation and save your presentation file in our computer. Our technical team will assist you for the process.<\/li>\n
    3. We do not encourage presenters to use individual personal computer to avoid any technical lapses that may delay the flow of our conference.<\/li>\n
    4. All the presentation files will be IMMEDIATELY<\/span><\/strong><\/span> deleted right after the session and the organizing committee will NOT KEEP<\/span><\/span><\/strong> the files for other purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (b) Virtual Presentation<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. We will use Webex CISCO for virtual presentation. Kindly download the software at https:\/\/www.webex.com\/downloads.html prior to the conference and always allow Webex to access your audio and video.<\/li>\n
        2. Please make sure you have stable internet connection for virtual presentation.<\/li>\n
        3. You may refer to the program schedule (with conference link attached) to find out your designated parallel session.<\/li>\n
        4. Breakout rooms are created for the virtual conference. Kindly enter the room 15 minutes before your presentation starts.<\/li>\n
        5. Please turn on your camera all the time throughout your presentation.<\/li>\n
        6. You may send your slides to us one day before the conference (September 20, 2022, Email: rcom@utm.my) in case of any unforeseen technical errors occur during your presentation (optional).<\/li>\n

                  Guidelines for Preparation and Uploading Presentations<\/h2>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  All registered authors with accepted papers should prepare and upload a pre-recorded video<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0of their presentation. This is a prerequisite <\/b><\/strong>for a paper to be included in the Conference Programme.<\/p>\n

                  The pre-recorded videos will be available to the participants during the Conference.<\/p>\n

                  Please note that the file of your presentation must be a video file in MP4 format <\/b><\/strong>and that the duration of the presentation should be strictly 10 minutes (oral presentation) and 5 minutes (poster presentation)<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                  It is recommended that your pre-recorded presentation includes a window box with the speaking presenter via a webcam, instead of a voice-over presentation only.\u00a0<\/p>\n

                  Reminder:<\/b><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0All participants must be available for the Q&A session during their presentation slot.\u00a0<\/p>\n

                  Instructions for Recording Your Video Presentation<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

                  There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record a presentation. PowerPoint<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0or Zoom <\/b><\/strong>are among the most preferable. Our recommended approach is to record a compatible video, using a webcam or an external video camera to create a small window of the speaking presenter and an external microphone or headset for the audio.<\/p>\n

                  Both Zoom and Powerpoint presentation software allow recording audio and video directly in the application and can export appropriate video files in MP4 format. See relevant links below for more information regarding Powerpoint and Zoom.<\/p>\n
