This journal is ranked no.\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0<strong>MATERIALS SCIENCE, COMPOSITES<\/strong>\u00a0(JCR\u00ae\u00a0Category) with Impact Factor of\u00a0<strong>6.864<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of\u00a0<em>Composites Part B: Engineering<\/em>\u00a0is to provide a balance between\u00a0<strong>mechanics<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>materials science<\/strong>\u00a0aspects, basic and applied research, and high technology and high volume (low cost)\u00a0<strong>composite development<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Journal aims to provide a forum for the prompt publication of original research on all areas of\u00a0<strong>composites<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>nano-engineered materials<\/strong>, with emphasis being placed on evaluation and modelling of engineering details and concepts. Basic research papers are welcomed as well as proposals for review articles.
