iHumEn has hosted a strategic planning workshop to strategically planned the growth of iHumEn in producing sustainable and impactful outputs for 2022. The planning is based on the MyRA requirements that consists of publication value, research, researcher, intellectual property, grants, income generation, etc. An award ceremony (MKiNE) was then organised to deliver awards to iHumEn staff and fellows for their great achievement in 2021. IJN-UTM CEC has attained 11 individual awards based on their personal achievement and capability:<\/p>\n
