    1. Room Reservation Assistance Only<\/strong>
      The ICFCHT 2025 Secretariat is not responsible for issuing invoices or collecting payments<\/em> for hotel bookings. We are only assisting with reservation coordination.<\/li>\n
    2. Payment at the Hotel<\/strong>
      Participants must make payment directly at the Concorde Hotel counter<\/strong> upon check-in.
      Please mention that your booking is under “ICFCHT 2025<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n
    3. Request for Receipt<\/strong>
      Kindly ensure you request an official receipt<\/strong> from the hotel upon payment for your personal records or for reimbursement purposes.<\/li>\n
