Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) has organized \u00a0Academic Research Exhibition (ACADREX 2016) on 4-6 November 2016 which was held in conjunction with UTP 16th convocation ceremony. It is an annual activity with varying theme every year. 2016\u2019s ACADREX brought about a first for this exhibition as this year is a first or it was to be open only for women researchers. Themed \u201cEmpowering Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering &amp; Mathematics)\u201d, ACADREX 2016 has 30 participation from different researchers across the country. Only 20 were shortlisted from 30 participations.
