It was established in 1997 in Department of Real Estate Management to provide support for a variety of real estate research and educational activities at the Faculty of Geoinformation and Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>The centre helps to partly fulfil the needs of the real estate industry in research, knowledge advancement, professional practice, and experience through inter-institutional collaboration and information exchange between the university and the industry.
