The Centre for Real Estate Studies is UTM\u2019s Centre of Excellence in Real Estate was established in 1997 to provide support for a variety of real estate research and educational activities at the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying.<\/span><\/p>\n

The centre helps to fulfil the needs of the real estate and facilities management industry in research, knowledge advancement, professional practice, and experience through inter-institutional collaboration and information exchange between the University and industries.<\/span><\/p>\n
