  1. Complete registration and full payment should be made between 1st June, 2020 until 21st September 2020<\/strong> to entitle the invitation for virtual event on 22nd September, 2020.<\/li>\n
  2. Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.<\/li>\n
  3. An invoice bill will be sent to each participant through e-mail upon of completed registration. Participants will be charge on regular rate accordingly.<\/li>\n
  4. Payment can be made online via:\n

    1. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT);<\/li>\n
    2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT);<\/li>\n
    3. Local Cheque (post to Secretariat); or<\/li>\n
    4. UTMSmart Application (Invoice Bill Payment only).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Participants are required to attach proof of payment and notify on payment made to the secretariat (ica-symposium@utm.my) if the payment made via EFT, Telegraphic Transfer, or Local Cheque.<\/li>\n
    6. A confirmation of payment (UTM Official Receipt<\/em>) will be sent after the full payment received.<\/li>\n
    7. Participants from Federal Government\/States Government\/Local Auhorities\/Statutory Bodies (inclusive of Agencies and Local Institutions) can request to made payment via e-Perolehan<\/em> or Local Order (LO) (if applicable).<\/li>\n
    8. Participants from UTM, payment can be made via Internal Invoice (Invois Dalaman<\/em>).<\/li>\n
    9. Any inquiry regarding registration payment, please contact: ica-symposium@utm.my.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Registration Entitlement:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Registration fee includes full online access for all sessions and symposium materials (e-certificate, presentation video record and etc).<\/li>\n
      2. All payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Cancellation & Refund Policies:<\/span><\/p>\n

        There will be no refund for cancellation of registration. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the 3rd ICA Research Symposium 2020 Secretariat via e-mail at ica-symposium@utm.my or fax to (606) 974 2998.<\/p>\n

        Liability<\/span>:<\/p>\n

        The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law.
