To ensure a smooth submission process, please carefully follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Abstract Submission<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>During submission via the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ICoST2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>CMT portal<\/u><\/a>, please indicate your preference for either a poster presentation or an oral presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you from the CMT system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abstract Review and Notification<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process.<\/li>\n<li>Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified and invited to submit their full papers or posters through the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ICoST2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CMT portal<\/a>, the same link as abstract submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poster Submission<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>All poster presenters are requested to prepare their posters using this <a href=\"https:\/\/research.utm.my\/icost\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2025\/09\/ICOST-PRESENTATION-POSTER-TEMPLATE.pptx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">template.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Authors have the flexibility to adapt the style and format of their presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Full Paper Submission<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Full papers must be prepared strictly in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/research.utm.my\/icost\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2025\/03\/MRF_auhtorInstructionsOA.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Materials Research Forum<\/u> <\/a>(MRF) format.<\/li>\n<li>All submissions must be written in standard English.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum length for full papers is 4 pages.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that the similarity index of your submission does not exceed 20%.<\/li>\n<li>Each submission will be evaluated by two independent experts.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted papers will be published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/mrforum.com\/?srsltid=AfmBOorrrXeAG6YxrIecLZtt3EtrPF-0awHqekAODNSY8nTzPa09cceP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>MRF<\/u><\/a>, which is indexed in Scopus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Selected will be invited to extend their manuscripts for submission to esteemed Scopus- or WoS-indexed Journals.
