et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_8 et_animated  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cResponsible Person\u201d in a premise refers to the individual that holds a licence (Individual Gas Licence) or a user or an occupant, the owner of the premise or an individual with full authority assigned by the user or occupant towards the responsibility in managing the gas pipeline or any gas installation on the premise.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_9 et_animated  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\">The task assigned for the \u201cResponsible Person\u201d according to the Gas Supply Act 1993 \/ Gas Supply Regulations 1997 are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Regulations 62(2)<\/strong> \u2013 To ensure that the permanent gas pipeline is clearly identified during the duration of its use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regulations 63(2)<\/strong> \u2013 If there were or suspected gas leakage occurs on the premise ground, necessary action must be taken to stop the gas supply in order to avoid further leakage.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_3 et_animated and practical knowledge (site visit) regarding the safety and operation of gas system intallation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A complete set of lecture notes is provided for the participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A suitable venue for site visit will be arranged accordingly during the duration of this course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The facilitators involved are of experienced lectures from UTM and professionals from relevant gas industries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The course can be made to suit the customer's clients request provided that the number of participants are sufficient and can be conducted at the clients\/customer
