On 3rd October 2022, it marked the memorable synergy between institute of Human Centered Engineering (iHumEn) and lbu Sina Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research (ISI-SIR), to realizing that healthy working practices are important, the event on “Jom Sihat: Senamrobik with iHumEn & ISI-SIR” was successfully conducted at Hillview lbnu Sina Institute, UTM with great participation from both institute’s members.<\/span><\/p>\n

This fruitful corporate synergy begins with an opening speech delivered by Assoc. Prof. Ts. ChM Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam Nik Malek, Director of ISI-SIR, followed by the aerobic session, aerobic reflection and tea-time.<\/p>\n

‘The enabling of this event purposely to improve the mental and physical endurance of participants through outdoor activity.<\/p>\n

In addition, despite of increases the heart rate and the body’s use of oxygen of an individual, and helps improve a person’s physical fitness, through this event, great cooperation, team working, and strategic networking for both institutes could be established especially in achieving common goals.<\/p>\n

For iHumEn and ISI-SIR, the remarkable success and outstanding achievement of the research institute are contributed to various factors, and one could be by having competent, fast-driven, and healthy team members which are more prone to deliver high-impact delivery to the institute, university, and society.
