iHumEn remains steadfast in its commitment to empowering the competency of its members and staff. A dynamic outdoor high-performance delivery workshop, Gopeng White Water Rafting & Caving Gua Tempurung in Perak, was thoughtfully organized to achieve this goal.<\/p>\n

Taking place over two enriching days on 16th and 17th November 2022, the event saw remarkable participation from the iHumEn members. The workshop was meticulously designed to include thrilling activities, commencing with an inspirational, motivational talk, a comprehensive safety briefing and a captivating caving exploration of Tempurung cave, culminating in exhilarating white-water rafting.<\/p>\n

As the evening set in, the event continued with more rafting adventures, invigorating bodysurfing, another empowering motivational briefing, and a reflective session. The impact of this high-performance delivery workshop lies in its ability to foster a deeper understanding of teamwork, effective communication within groups, self-identification of strengths, weaknesses, and potential, and the subsequent improvement and development of each participant to achieve outstanding employee performance.<\/p>\n

This program beautifully symbolizes the spirit of teamwork, strengthening the bond between iHumEn and its esteemed members.
