The Institute of Human-Centered Engineering (iHumEn) is dedicated to fostering a sense of teamwork and motivation among its members. To achieve this, iHumEn has organized the Strengthening Program & iHumEn Excellence Award Ceremony 2023 on August 12th and 13th, 2023, at Hotel Sri Malaysia, Mersing, Johor.<\/span>The program aims to recognize and appreciate the outstanding performance of iHumEn members across all areas while encouraging high levels of competitiveness and effectiveness in pursuing shared objectives. It also seeks to create a culture of creativity and innovation within the institute, contributing to excellent performance. This event offers a range of activities to strengthen teamwork, improve physical fitness, foster leadership skills, and recognize achievements.<\/span><\/p>\n The ceremony begins with welcoming remarks from Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahrizal Sunar, Director of iHumEn. Following this, the activities focus on physical strengthening and team-building exercises, followed by a briefing on leadership and change management by Prof. Dr. Mohd Shafry bin Mohd Rahim, Director of the Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.<\/span>On the second day, the institute celebrates outstanding performance and contributions from iHumEn researchers and members with an award ceremony. This ceremony is vital to creating a cohesive and dynamic environment within the institute.
