These sessions discussed the TVET XR ecosystem and Google's role in advancing virtual TVET education.<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">MaGICX aims to strengthen the local innovation ecosystem by establishing collaborative relationships between higher education institutions, industry partners, and the community. Such networking initiatives are crucial in promoting cooperation, which is necessary for realizing the government's aspirations of empowering the advancements of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs are designed to provide individuals with practical skills and knowledge required by different industries. TVET offers diverse learning pathways and opportunities for people with varying educational backgrounds. It caters to those who prefer hands-on learning experiences and allows skill development at different stages of life, thereby increasing employability.<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">In essence, sharing knowledge and discussing TVET is crucial in creating a skilled workforce, driving economic growth, promoting innovation, and addressing societal needs.
