The event attended by Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahrizal Sunar, Director iHumEn, Ts. ChM. Dr. Nor Suriani Sani, iHumEn members, and the new internship students.<\/p>\n<p>The program aimed to provide students with valuable exposure to practical work environments, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their future careers. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, offering students the opportunity to experience the dynamics of a professional setting before they officially enter the workforce. The program focused on several critical areas: knowledge and skill enhancement, work experience, communication skills, leadership development, technical skills, personal growth, and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>During the program, students were introduced to iHumEn and its research center, where they learned about the institution&#8217;s mission, vision, and innovative projects. This orientation session was designed to align the students with the goals of iHumEn, making them feel an integral part of the institution. The expected outcomes of this program included well-rounded students who are better prepared to enter the workforce with a strong foundation of practical experience and essential soft skills. The program underscored iHumEn&#8217;s commitment to nurturing future professionals capable, confident, and ready to contribute effectively to their respective fields.<\/p>\n<p>By offering such comprehensive exposure, iHumEn aims to ensure that the internship students leave with a deeper understanding of their chosen field, a more robust professional network, and enhanced skills to serve them well in their careers.
