Nusantara Halal Journal (NHJ) is a scientific journal that is established by\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/imresearchconsortium.ning.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Indonesia-Malaysia Research Consortium (I\u2019MRC)<\/a>\u00a0where\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/um.ac.id\/\" target=\"_blank\">Universitas Negeri Malang (UM)<\/a>\u00a0and Ibnu Sina Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research (ISI-SIR)\u00a0UTM are the backbones of the journal. Nusantara Halal Journal (NHJ) publishes original scientific research related to halal science, technology, management, education, religion, and other related aspects. Although Nusantara is used to describe the Southeast Asian Archipelago in this scientific journal, it is hoped that NHJ contributes to Halal awareness and research in Southeast Asia and the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting in the year 2020, NHJ is published online, with a frequency of two (2) issues per year. The first issue is published in Vol. 1, No. 1 (December 2020).
