The short course was facilitated by Assoc. Prof. Eur. Ing. Ir. Ts. Dr. Lau Kwan Yiew, Dr. Nur Aqilah Mohamad, Mr. Zamri Kassim and Mr. Hairoisyam Abd. On the first day, the participants were introduced to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 4, high voltage generation and measurement, measurement uncertainties, and high voltage testing for power cables, switchgears and transformers.
