{"id":5316,"date":"2016-03-07T13:37:09","date_gmt":"2016-03-07T05:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/research.utm.my\/magicx\/?p=5316"},"modified":"2016-03-07T19:17:27","modified_gmt":"2016-03-07T11:17:27","slug":"sales-and-marketing-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/research.utm.my\/magicx\/sales-and-marketing-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales and Marketing Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"subtitle\">Description<\/span><br \/>\nTo assist CEO in carrying out market intelligence and understanding trends, developing and executing marketing plan, and preparing company\u2019s collaterals. <\/p>\n<p><span id=\"subtitle\">Duties<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist CEO in carrying out market intelligence, conducting research and understanding market trends, and establish or enhance market access<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in planning and execute marketing programs to promote the company and enhance its branding and business revenues<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals, presentations, press releases and other materials necessary to achieve the business objectives of the company<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on proposals and sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Assist CEO to canvas for new businesses and opportunities, inclusive of doing presentation on business proposals<\/li>\n<li>Build and strengthen reputation and network, and manage stakeholders i.e. clients\/potentials, partners, vendors, media and Government authorities\/agencies\n<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage the production of marketing materials and collaterals i.e. company\u2019s profile, brochures, posters\/flyers, newsletters, DVDs, website\/social medias including liaising with designers and printers, writing and\/or proofreading and\/or arranging for the effective distribution of the marketing materials and collaterals<\/li>\n<li>Organize and participate in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions<\/li>\n<li>Assume the role of Account Manager for key\/strategic accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"subtitle\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least a Degree in the relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Possess at least 4 years of working experiences in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and\/or other relevant fields<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in ICT and\/or Creative industry, and exposure to engagement with government authorities and\/or Government Linked Companies (GLC) are added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and\/or write in other languages are added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite package i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Graphic\/Design software is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and able to work independently, handle interchangeable job scope, multi-task, resourceful and proactive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description To assist CEO in carrying out market intelligence and understanding trends, developing and executing marketing plan, and preparing company\u2019s collaterals.
