The 8th International OTEC Symposium, originally scheduled to be held on October 22-24, 2020, in Cancun, Mexico, has been postponed and moved\u00a0online due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates for this event are January 28-29, 2021.<\/p>\n

Those who wish to speak should submit abstracts, no later than September 30, 2020.<\/p>\n

The organization for this year is headed by Professor Miguel Alatorre of Instituto de Ciencias del Mar y Limnologia (UNAM). More information can be found on the event website:\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/otecsymposium2020.cemieoceano.mx\/index.html .<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The 18th International Conference on Clean Energy, originally scheduled to be held on August 11-12, 2020, in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia, has been postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates for this event are July 27-28, 2021.<\/p>\n

The conference is a platform for university researchers, policy makers, and industry players to share their goal towards sustainable and clean energy systems. This conference aims to promote clean energy for better social and economic returns. Collaboration between interested parties is expected to boost clean energy utilization in the near future.<\/p>\n

The organization for this year will be headed by Professor Miguel Alatorre of Instituto de Ciencias del Mar y Limnologia (UNAM).
