Other than from Malaysia, there was a number of other countries: France, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines,Singapore, UK &amp; USA.<\/p>\n<p>The existing laws are sufficient to govern any application of OTEC Project in Malaysia. However, for further growth of ocean thermal energy driven development, a new law specific on ocean energy, including ocean thermal energy would be necessarily required.<a href=\"https:\/\/research.utm.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/49\/2017\/05\/IMG_7977.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1714\"
