Bhd. at UTM OTEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 14 August 2019, UTM OTEC received visitation from Black Pearl Energy Sdn. Bhd represented by Prof. Adj. Zulkifli Abd. Rani, Mr. Rashid Maidin and Mr. Luqman Rashid.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A meeting was conducted between the guest and Director of UTM OTEC, Prof. Dato&#8217; Ir.
