  1. Fill in and submit the SYNERGY registration form.<\/li>\n
  2. Please use templates for abstract formatting. The registration can be rejected if the abstract does not follow the guidelines.<\/li>\n
  3. Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent within two weeks after registration.<\/li>\n
  4. Please submit the full paper before the deadline using the paper templates.<\/li>\n
  5. The early bird fee applies to those who submit the abstract and paper before the deadline.<\/li>\n
  6. The payment can be made by credit cards, bank transfer, invoice or HRDC levy claim.<\/li>\n
  7. 4% service charge is applied to the registration fee if an HRDC levy claim is chosen. The quotation and document for HRDC\u00a0 will be provided by the committee based on information provided by participants.<\/li>\n
  8. The invoice\/receipt\/quotation will be sent once the registration process is completed.<\/li>\n
  9. Confirmation of registration and the stream link will be provided after the payment is made.<\/li>\n
  10. If you are attending the conference as a participant only, please ignore steps 2-5.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    3. \u2060Font type: Times New Roman<\/li>\n
    4. \u2060Font size: 12<\/li>\n
    5. \u2060Line spacing: 1.15<\/li>\n
    6. \u2060Alignment: Justified<\/li>\n
    7. \u2060Indentation: Do not use any indentation.<\/li>\n
    8. Figures and tables are not allowed<\/li>\n
    9. \u2060Keywords: up to 5 keywords that best describe your work.<\/li>\n
    10. Please ensure the abstract is prepared according to the templates and guidelines for a smooth review process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
