form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Please use <strong>templates for abstract<\/strong> formatting. The registration may be rejected if the abstract does not comply with the guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Notification of <strong>abstract acceptance<\/strong> will be sent within two weeks after registration.<\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>submit the full paper<\/strong> before the deadline using the paper templates.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>early bird fee<\/strong> applies to those who submit the abstract and paper before the deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted <strong>payment methods<\/strong> include credit card, bank transfer, invoice, and HRDC levy claim.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that HRDC levy claims incur a <strong>4% service charge<\/strong> on the registration fee.
