It provides an opportunity for researchers to satisfy their academic curiosity and to gain precious experience in running physical models and conducting experimental works in coastal and hydraulic engineering. \u00a0COEI has adequate laboratory and field facilities and instrumentations such as the Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler(ADCP), AEM USB current meter, Vectrino Velocimeter, water level recorder,water and soil sampler, OBS turbidity and temperature monitoring system, wave flumes and a wave basin. \u00a0The facilities and equipment are suitable for short-term and long-term field and laboratory observations. \u00a0The facilities are also available for use by other research collaborators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mobile LaboratoryThe mobile laboratory is equipped with instrument and devices that are capable of conducting various water quality analyses on-site that are previously required to be brought back to the conventional laboratory.
