GEOTROPIK Centre and Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal (NSSMC) has been working together for the project of ‘Investigation for Flood Mitigation in Malaysia and The Application of Steel Sheet Pile Hat’. This collaboration represent by Ir. Teshima Kei from NSSMC and provides allocation of USD 10,000 to GEOTROPIK Centre to conduct the study. The project was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Edy Tonnizam Mohamad, Prof. Dr. Ir. Ramli Nazir ,PM Dr. Ir. Azman Kassim and Prof. Dr. Khairul Anuar Kassim
