General Information:
This course introduces Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE), a formal evaluation of a building performance by means of social science-based tools of interviews, surveys, focus groups, systematic observation and behavioral mapping for achieving continuous performance improvement throughout the building’s operational life. The benefits of POE are tremendous, particularly for continuously improving building performance throughout its life cycle.
