Heavy Structures & Concrete Laboratory

Full-scale testing of structural elements including columns, beams, frames, and trusses. Equipped with multipurpose testing frames capable of tensile, compression, bending, and dynamic loading.

Furnace Laboratory (CFTL)

The only laboratory in Malaysia capable of testing beams in high-heat conditions up to 1,700°C under loads of up to 1,000kN. Purpose-built for fire resistance research and consultation.
