Centre for Real Estate Studies

The Centre for Real Estate Studies is UTM’s Centre of Excellence in Real Estate was established in 1997 to provide support for a variety of real estate research and educational activities at the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying.

The centre helps to fulfil the needs of the real estate and facilities management industry in research, knowledge advancement, professional practice, and experience through inter-institutional collaboration and information exchange between the University and industries.
