TERMS & CONDITION

Offer Details: 

  • To qualify for the special group discount, groups must consist of at least three (3) members from the same organization and register individually.
  • 3 registrations are available for students or researchers. (eligible for ORAL PRESENTER ONLY).
  • The primary registrant will be granted one (1) complimentary registration in oral presenter or normal attendees.
  • The offer for the group discount package ends on June 30, 2024. (Subject to any changes)

Application Process:

  • Every member in the group must individually register at the standard rate applicable to their category (either student or researcher).
  • Upon registration, the primary registrant for the group will receive one (1) complimentary registration for any category, which can be availed through the group registration form.
  • The primary registrant will also receive separate receipts for each registration paid for within the group.

Important Notes: 

  • Before proceeding with the group registration, each of the three (3) participants must individually complete their registrations.
  • The complimentary registration (FREE registration) is eligible for any categories. 
  • The group owner must use the specific group registration form to avail the offer.
  • The group discount is non-transferable and may only be used by registered members of the qualifying group.
  • The conference organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the group discount offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • By availing of the group discount, participants agree to abide by the conference terms and conditions. The organizer holds no liability for any damages or losses incurred during the event.
  • Payment for group registrations must be made in full within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Accepted forms of payment include:

  3. Local Cheque (cheque should be crossed and made payable to BENDAHARI UTM);

  • Cancellation & Refund Policies: There will be no refund for cancellation of registration. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ICAgBio Secretariat via e-mail at icagbio@utm.my.

REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PAYMENT

Below are details on registration process and payment for local participant

 

  1. Complete registration and full payment should be made before 31 May 2024 to entitle the invitation for the event.
  2. Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.
  3. An invoice bill will be sent to each participant through e-mail upon of completed registration. Participants will be charged on rate accordingly.
  4. Payment can be made online via:

    2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT);
    3. Local Cheque (cheque should be crossed and made payable to BENDAHARI UTM);
    4. JOM PAY (Biller code 2592, Ref1: Debtor’s Code, Ref2: Invoice Number)

  1. For international participant, please click this link:  utm-conference.flywire.com to make payment with conference code: ICAGBIO2024 (for payment reference)   
  2. Participants are encouraged to send the proof of payment to icagbio@utm.my for payment processing. A confirmation of payment (UTM Official Receipt) will be sent after the full payment received.
  3. Participants from Federal Government/States Government/Local Auhorities/Statutory Bodies (inclusive of Agencies and Local Institutions) can request to made payment via e-Perolehan or Local Order (LO) (if applicable).
  4. Participants from UTM, payment can be made via Internal Invoice (Invois Dalaman).
  5. Any inquiry regarding registration payment, please contact: icagbio@utm.my.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Registration Entitlement:

  1. Registration fee includes full online access for all sessions and conference materials.
  2. All payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) (for international participant will be based on your currency rate).

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

There will be no refund for cancellation of registration. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ICAgBio Secretariat via e-mail at icagbio@utm.my.

Liability:

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law. We kindly ask you to authorise us by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the conference.
