GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
We are pleased to invite authors to submit their abstracts for ICoST 2025 through the CMT portal. To ensure a smooth submission process, please carefully follow the instructions below:
- Abstract Submission:
- During submission via the CMT portal, please indicate your preference for either a poster presentation or an oral presentation.
- Upon successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you from the CMT system.
- Abstract Review and Notification:
- All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified and invited to submit their full papers or posters through the CMT portal, the same link as abstract submission.
- Poster Submission:
- For poster presentations, authors have flexibility in terms of style and format.
- Full Paper Submission:
- Full papers must be prepared strictly in accordance with the Materials Research Forum (MRF) format.
- All submissions must be written in standard English.
- The minimum length for full papers is 4 pages.
- Please ensure that the similarity index of your submission does not exceed 20%.
- Each submission will be evaluated by two independent experts.
- Accepted papers will be published in the MRF, which is indexed in Scopus.
Selected will be invited to extend their manuscripts for submission to esteemed Scopus- or WoS-indexed Journals. We look forward to welcoming you to ICoST 2025!
The Microsoft CMT is used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for azure cloud as well as for software development and suport.
