WE ARE FINALISING THE EVENT
Dear participants,
As we are approaching the long awaited event, the organising committee is now finalising all details to ensure the smooth running of ICFCHT2015. Please note the followings:
1. There are still a few participants who are yet to register and pay the conference fee. Please do so by 20th August 2015 since we will be printing the abstract book the next day. We will only include contributions from registered participants. Any late additions will be included as a separate addendum.
2. Should you need special considerations of any kind, either related to registration fees or your paper presentation, please contact me personally.
3. Additionally, should there be anybody who would like to participate and contribute to the conference, you can still do so by contacting me personally.
4. There will be a reception session on 31st August 2015. It will be held in front of the ballroom between 5pm – 7 pm. Light refreshment will be served. Concurrently at the same place, participants can register and collect the conference materials from the secretariat at the registration desk.
5. Although the registration desk will also be opened throughout the conference, we encourage everybody to register during the reception session. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and plan the evening together while getting you mind ready to a full dose of hydrogen and fuel cell highlights for the following 2 days and a half.
