Payment Method for Local Participants

1. Open Link: https://ecommercev2.utm.my
2. Click “Make Payment”
3. Choose category: [08] CONFERENCE
4. Search: IMEDITEC2023
5. Under Action column: Click add to cart the chosen type of registration
6. If submitting to Journal of Mechanical Engineering (JMechE) or Journal of Advanced Research in Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology, Please also add to cart the specific journal.
7. Confirm the selected type in the Payment Cart section and click “Proceed to Checkout”
8. Fill in the required “Client Information”
9. Choose Payment Type FPX or Debit/Credit card
10. Click “I hereby agree to follow all Terms and Conditions” before Submit
11. Receipt of Payment will be e-mailed to the registered e-mail address.
12. Attach the Receipt of Payment in the Registration Form: https://forms.gle/2yWxqQSk4H5Ldq2t7

Payment method for International Participants

1. Open Link: https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment
2. Choose your “Country or Region”
3. Enter the Amount based on the Registration Category as per below:

4. Click “Next”
5. Select your preferred payment method.
6. Fill in the Payer Information.
7. Tick “I have read, understand, and agree to the Flywire Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” before proceeding “Next”
8. Fill in the Participant details. Fill in the “IMEDITEC2023” in the Conference Code field. Fill in the Invoice Number (if applicable). Click “Next”.
9. Review the payment information. Click “Pay”.
10. Participant shall initiate payment based on the payment choice.
11. An e-mail will be sent to the participant. Please pay before the due date as stated.
12. Attach the Receipt of Payment in the Registration Form: https://forms.gle/2yWxqQSk4H5Ldq2t7
