Dr. Lau Kwan Yiew, Dr. Mona Riza Mohd Esa and Dr. Noor Azlinda Ahmad for being conferred the Indexed Journal Writing Appreciation Award during the Citra Karisma ceremony held at the Senat Hall, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, on 24 August 2020.
