[SHORT COURSE] TRAINING ON CHATBOT DEVELOPMENT AND LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS (LLM)

The Short Course on Training on Chatbot Development and Large Language Models (LLM) was successfully organized on 20–21 August 2025 at the Seminar Room, UTM Big Data Centre (BDC), Level 1, Block N31, UTM Skudai. This two-day intensive program, led by Ts. Dr. Chan Weng Howe (Felo UTM BDC), provided participants with valuable insights into the design, development, and deployment of chatbot systems, alongside the practical integration of Large Language Models (LLMs)

The course combined theoretical foundations with hands-on sessions, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of how intelligent conversational systems can be built and optimized for real-world applications. Through interactive discussions and guided practice, attendees explored key concepts such as LLM architectures, natural language processing techniques, and strategies for implementing effective chatbot solutions.
