Established in 2009, UTM-Low Carbon Asia Research Centre aims to bring innovative science and technology solutions for the promotion of sustainable urban future to Asian regions, specifically in the subject area of climate change. We are one of the leading research centres in Asian regions who are actively committed to the climate mitigation and resilient development at city level. Besides, we are also offering education programme and training workshop to nurture and harness new leaders to create positive change of economy, environment and social development for addressing sustainability issues appropriately.
