CLEAR POSTGRADUATE EVENT

Our recent Colours of Lives Travelogue Malaysia trip took us to the Nasuha Herbs Paradise, a herbal haven found by its owner En. Nasuha Kasian who has painstakingly travelled the world and brought back some rare herbs to be planted here as well…
And this makes Nasuha Herbs Paradise, the pioneer and leader in the herbs and spices based industry with over 108 types of products being distributed both locally and internationally…
The Nasuha Herbs Paradise plantation is located at the Km 19, Jalan Muar-Pagoh, Johor over an area of 3,200 acres, and with this is said to be one of the largest herbs and spices plantation in Asia, producing 6 to 10 metric of raw herbs and spices each day…

You can find about 135 various type of herbs collected from all over the world… The herbs here uses purely organic system of cultivation made out of goat, sheep and deer poop, without chemical fertilizers and herbicides, producing herbs free from chemical contamination…The herbs are then harvested and dry-processed using latest technology to prevent the loss of natural nutrients, thus maintaining high nutritional quality of its product… Blending and packaging are done immediately after drying to reduce any contamination and to maintain freshness of the products…

You can also find lovely chalets and log cabins there as well as check out the pretty unique spa therapy treatment packages they offer there, I certainly found it all fascinating and interesting…You can go on a tour in the plantation along with the people from Tourism Malaysia which will took us past the livestock there, as well as many herbal plants and trees… even the special goats they breed there are very healthy and low in cholesterol, if you are considering eating them, since these goats are fed with mulberry leaves….

They also have a Nasuha Herbal Restaurant with logs and stones that made up the interior.. very earthy and rustic… which serves up some pretty yummy Nasi Beriyani Ayam Herba, soup and some Asam Pedas Daging if I am not mistaken…
By the way, you will be surprised to know that the well known curry or spice company Mak Siti is also a subsidiary under Nasuha Herbs Paradise, and the factory is inside the grounds of the Nasuha Herbs Paradise…To learn more about fascinating benefits of herbs and all, do be sure to check out Nasuha Herbs Paradise…
