About this Research
- The borate chemical preservative does not affect the shear strength of treated bamboo.
- The shear strength parallel to the grain with node and without node of bamboo indicate that it does not have much differences.
- The tensile strength perpendicular to the grain of the bamboo with node are higher than the tensile strength without node.
