We wish to make this meeting beneficial and eventful to all. Several special issues in participating journals have been planned. All contributions (oral or posters) are eligible to be considered for publication in these special issues, subject to conference registration and review procedures. Please submit your full paper according the instructions by the deadline.

Finally, we wish to extend our invitation to those who are still interested to contribute to the conference.  Unfortunately, since the parallel oral presentation sessions have been finalised, we can only accept poster presentations.
