Dear participants,

This is to announce that we have decided to move the conference to Prince Hotel & Residence. We have taken this measure after seriously considering daily transportation arrangements between your hotels and UTM Kuala Lumpur. With the growing number of participants, our on-campus hotel (scholar’s Inn) will not be able to accommodate all participants, and the morning traffic in the area is quite heavy.

The new venue is a five star hotel, conveniently located in heart of Kuala Lumpur business district and tourist attractions, within walking distance from KL Monorail public transport system (Raja Chulan Station). Variety of shopping and food outlets are also a short-walk away.

We have negotiated a special conference rate of RM350 nett per night for normal deluxe room. The hotel also provides one and two bedroom suites for those who prefer larger options. Details on bookings will be provided in about two days. Depending on your budget, plenty of other options are available. However, we recommend you to consider hotels adjacent to KL Monorail stations. We have listed some of the available hotels nearby as a guide, however, many other options are available.

We hope that this decision will be well-received by everybody. We apologise for any possible inconvenience cause.

To Muslim researchers, we wish you all ramadan kareem and eid mubarak.
