FC UTM-Infinite Loop Media Cooperate for the Benefit of Academic and Research

On August 20, 2024, the Faculty of Computing (FC) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Infinite Loop Media Sdn. Bhd. formalized a strategic partnership by signing a Letter of Intent (LoI). This collaboration aims to enhance academic and research efforts in critical areas such as digital media, creative content, multimedia, advanced web technologies, and branding.

The Letter of Intent (LoI) was signed by Professor Ts. Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan Kadir, Dean of FC UTM, and YBrs. Mr. Ken Neoh, CEO of Infinite Loop Media. Both leaders showed their dedication to advancing talent development, fostering community engagement, and promoting commercialization. This partnership aims to facilitate a robust exchange of expertise in computing and engineering.

Mr. Ken Neoh, recognized for his forward-thinking leadership, expressed that this partnership reflects their shared vision of leveraging technology to drive socio-economic benefits at both state and national levels.

In his address, Professor Ts. Dr. Wan Mohd Nasir Wan Kadir emphasized, “UTM is committed to advancing programs that benefit government, academia, industry, and the community. This collaboration aligns with FC UTM’s mission to achieve global recognition in computing technology.”
