“I was drawn to Qaiwan International University because of its partnership with UTM, which is renowned for its academic excellence and global recognition. This program provided me with access to a world-class education while allowing me to stay connected to my roots in the region,” the graduate said.

During their time at QIU, one particularly memorable experience was participating in a multidisciplinary project. This project involved students from different academic backgrounds working together to solve a real-world problem in the local community. “Collaborating with peers and faculty taught me the importance of teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation. These skills have been invaluable in my professional life,” he reflected.

Despite these rewarding experiences, the journey was not without its challenges. Balancing demanding coursework with practical training required resilience and determination. “Staying organized, seeking guidance from professors, and keeping my long-term goals in focus, with the invaluable support and mentorship of the faculty, helped me overcome these challenges,” the graduate added, highlighting the crucial role of mentorship in their success.

He expressed gratitude to UTM’s faculty and leadership, emphasizing the transformative impact of the program: “I am deeply grateful to UTM’s faculty and leadership for their dedication and support. Their commitment to quality education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to succeed. I hope this collaboration continues to empower students like me to achieve their dreams.”

The partnership between UTM and QIU exemplifies the potential of transnational education to bridge cultures, nurture talent, and drive innovation. It continues to pave the way for a new generation of leaders prepared to make a global impact while staying true to their local roots.
