Registration Instruction
- Fill in and submit the SYNERGY registration form.
- Please use templates for abstract formatting. The registration may be rejected if the abstract does not comply with the guidelines.
- Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent within two weeks after registration.
- Please submit the full paper before the deadline using the paper templates.
- The early bird fee applies to those who submit the abstract and paper before the deadline.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, invoice, and HRDC levy claim.
- Please note that HRDC levy claims incur a 4% service charge on the registration fee. We will issue the HRDC quotation and documents based on the information provided by the participants.
- The invoice/receipt/quotation will be sent once the registration process is completed.
- Confirmation of registration and the stream link will be provided after the payment is made.
- If you are attending the conference as a non-presenter only, please ignore steps 2-5.
Abstract Guideline
- The abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract should be no longer than 250 words.
- Font type: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Line spacing: 1.15
- Alignment: Justified
- Indentation: Do not use any indentation.
- Figures and tables are not allowed
- Keywords: up to 5 keywords that best describe your work.
- Please ensure the abstract is prepared according to the templates and guidelines for a smooth review process.
