The Short Course on Building Intelligent Chatbots: From Simple LLM Integration to Multi-Agent Systems was successfully conducted on 19 August 2025 at the Seminar Room, UTM Big Data Centre (BDC), Level 1, Block N31, UTM Skudai. The full-day program, facilitated by Ts. Dr. Chan Weng Howe (Felo UTM BDC), provided participants with in-depth exposure to the fundamentals and advanced techniques of chatbot development.
Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive discussions, participants explored the progression from basic Large Language Model (LLM) integration to the design of more complex multi-agent systems, enabling a deeper understanding of how AI-driven conversational technologies can be effectively applied in various organizational contexts.
The course emphasized practical knowledge, hands-on examples, and best practices, equipping attendees with the tools necessary to build, enhance, and scale intelligent chatbot solutions.
