Strategic planning is an organization’s process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy. Based on this definition, ISI-SIR has released 2020 strategic planning based on six founding principles. A strategic planning workshop was held at Forest City Golf Resort on 10-11 March 2020.
