Offshore renewable energy is on the rise with new emerging markets and an increasing number of projects. The many hundreds of gigawatts of offshore renewable energy capacity to be installed in the coming decades is an opportunity for the entire offshore industry.
The 2016 International Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) Symposium and EWA Marine Energy Symposium will be held in conjunction with the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2016 in the Netherlands, October 25 and 26. These events provide participants the opportunity to learn about the latest offshore renewable energy technology and market developments. They bring together industry, policy makers, market experts and researchers from around the world to share best practices and new business opportunities. Together we can accelerate implementation of offshore renewable energy.
The organization is in the hands of Delft University of Technology, the Dutch Energy from Water Association (EWA) and Navingo. Topsector Water, the OTEC Foundation and Bluerise are supporting partners.
