Internship on OTEC Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in France, 28 November 2016-27 February 2017

As a part of UTM Ocean Thermal Energy Centre (UTM OTEC) for the development of Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) in Malaysia, UTM OTEC had sent a PhD student, Noor Fazreen Dzulkafli, on 27th November 2016 for student attachment at Brest, France. This attachment is fully sponsored under offset programme as the transfer of expertise on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies of OTEC plant in Le Martinique. The aim of the training programme is to ensure the trainee has the capacity to practically implement theoretical knowledge.
