Taklimat Program Robotics for All (RFA) -Program CSR UTM

Johor Bahru 12 November 2024- Fakulti Kejuruteraan Elektrik (FKE), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) bersama pejabat TNCPI UTM, NexusCare, mengambil tanggungjawab sosial korporat (CSR) iaitu Robotics for All (RFA) bertujuan untuk melaksanakan projek perkongsian ilmu pengetahuan robotik dan AI secara berkualiti dan berterusan, membangunkan bahan pengajaran robotik untuk perkongsian ilmu di sekolah-sekolah sekitar UTM Johor Bahru dan meningkatkan minat pelajar-pelajar terhadap sains dan teknologi melalui bidang robotik. Usaha ini dijalankan dengan sokongan dan kerjasama Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor (JPNJ) bagi meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan pelajar dalam bidang teknologi yang semakin berkembang.

Sesi taklimat mengenai program ini telah diadakan pada 12 November 2024, bertempat di Dewan Astana, Kolej Tuanku Canselor, UTM. Taklimat ini melibatkan penyertaan 12 buah sekolah menengah dari empat Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD) di Johor iaitu PPD Johor Bahru, PPD Kulai, PPD Pasir Gudang dan PPD Pontian. Turut hadir adalah wakil dari JPNJ diketuai oleh Encik Basri Efendi Bin Masri, Penolong Pengarah Pembangunan Bakat Murid JPNJ , wakil dari setiap PPD, serta pengetua dan wakil guru pengiring dari setiap sekolah.

Program ini mencerminkan komitmen UTM dalam memperlengkapkan generasi muda dengan kemahiran teknologi terkini, sekali gus mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi cabaran dalam bidang robotik dan AI pada masa depan.
