Wireless Communication Centre (WCC), UTM in collaboration with Defense Communication and Electronic Division (KOMLEK), Malaysian Armed Force, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Academy and Rohde & Schwarz Malaysia, had successfully organised a 6 weeks Advanced Spectrum Frequency Management (ASFM) short course for Malaysian Armed Force officers. The participants were hand-selected by KOMLEK from Royal Malaysian Armed Force and Royal Malaysian Navy to act as experts and reference focal points to the Malaysian Armed Force in the future pertaining to effective and efficient management of frequency spectrum, primarily for millitary communication.
The short course was a continuation of Spectrum Frequency Management Short Course Co-organized by WCC and KOMLEK in 2019 and involved theoretical classes, hands-on works, case-study analysis as well as assessment to measure participants grasp of presented materials.
