Training Root Cause Analysis with SIRIM STS

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Laboratory, WCC UTM has been held 2 days Training on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on 20-21 July 2022 using Zoom video conferencing tools. The online training was successfully organised by SAR Lab, WCC UTM, in collaboration with SIRIM STS Sdn. Bhd. 

Participants consist of WCC dan FKE staff. Training was delivered by Pn Sarimah Othong form SIRIM STS. The objective of this course is:

• To provide understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action concept;

• To be able to choose suitable tools to determine root causes of the problem;

• To be able to use appropriate tools for RCA.
